Bay Storage, in Tracy, CA, knows you have many options when it comes to storing your RVs, boats, vehicles, and watercraft like jet skis. That’s why we’d like to take a moment to highlight the features that make us proud of our business and the service we provide. Our facility is clean and well maintained. We’re one of the few in the entire central valley to allow vehicle storage. However, all vehicles must be running and have current registrations. We send out seasonal reminders to check on your property and fill and rotate your tires. We’re happy to help you take care of your stuff! If we notice during our lot walk throughs that your tires look low, we’ll kindly let you know. Finally, we don’t require you to commit to a certain length contract. If you don’t have long-term storage needs and would prefer a month-to-month rental, we’ll honor that.

Boat & Trailer Need-to-Knows
- All boats must be on their trailers and able to move.
- We don’t accommodate a dry dock type situation with a boat simply on stands.
Vehicle Guidelines
- All vehicles must be registered and running.
- All tires must have air in them.
- Vehicle must be easily movable at all times.
